Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During new launches or seasonal periods, processing may take a little longer — thank you for your patience and understanding.

Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.
Enjoy free shipping on orders over $90 (Canada only, for now).

Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery time begins once your order has shipped:

• Canada: 2–7 business days

• United States: 3–8 business days

• International: 7–21 business days

Customs & Duties (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes set by your local authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or Delayed Packages
